Video tours move you seamless through the property, accentuating the size of space and unique amenities along the way. Other than virtual 3D tours, video walk through tours are the closest thing to being on location. ​ Most residential properties can typically be shot within an hour depending on size and readiness. If video is coupled with other services (Photography, Drone or 360º Virtual Tours) you can expect no more than 2.5 hours of shooting. Commercial property times may vary. Please plan accordingly. Once the footage is edited together and set to a royalty free music sound track, it will be uploaded to YouTube and a link will be provided to you within 36 hours of the shoot.

Yes! If you desire additional services such as video tour, 360º virtual tour or drone images, you can easily order these options as "add ons" as you schedule your shoot. Please note, additional time will be needed to perform other add on services so please plan accordingly. To help you best prepare for your shoot, please review our shoot ready checklistdocument.

Property size fees apply for all properties over 3500 sq feet. If your property assesment is above this size amount, please select the neccessary add-on cost during scheduling. *Failure to add these adjustments may alter or delay services or turnaround times.

Travel fees apply outside of the boundary area of Greensboro. Whatever radius your property fall within please select the neccessary add on during scheduling.
